Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 1 day of delivery with order details and clear product images as proof.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement product is to return the original item.
Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
