Shipping Charges

We aim to deliver products to you as quickly as possible and in the best condition.

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
₹79 Shipping Charge on orders below ₹499
₹50 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee applicable on all COD orders

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery time is 5–7 working days depending on your location.
Delivery may be delayed in rare cases due to:
- Remote locations
- Courier partner delays
- Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

Undelivered / Lost Orders

If an order is:

Cancelled
Undelivered
Lost in transit

Then the full order amount including shipping charges will be refunded.

Partial Cancellation

If you cancel part of your order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return Shipping

If you return a delivered order:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If you self-ship the return, shipping cost reimbursement will be processed as per our Return Policy

Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver across India only.
Some pincodes may be non-serviceable due to courier limitations. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will inform you and cancel the order with a full refund.
